From smart locks to door entry, we fit fire-rated hardware suitable for fire doors, aligned with your fire risk assessment.
Gas Safe and EICR
We help you complete or obtain a Gas Safe certificate and an electrical installation condition report (EICR). What we can arrange depends on the clinic’s location.
Clinic purchase
Support if you are buying a clinic, so the premises and the way it will run are considered together.
Leasing
Leasing support from our legal team when you are taking premises for a new clinic.
CCTV
We support specification and installation of CCTV, including data-protection points such as signage, retention and DPIA guidance. Installation is carried out by qualified specialist partners.
Cyber security and data protection
We advise on a secure setup, GDPR guidance and support towards Cyber Essentials. This is guidance and coordination. It is not a claim that the finished clinic is certified.
Ongoing support
After handover, we provide the clinic website and the EHR, and ongoing IT support for CCTV, locking systems, the EHR and the website.

It depends on the size of the clinic, the building work and how long planning, building control or registration decisions take. Email us about the site and we will talk through a realistic timetable.
Do you do the installation yourselves?
We fit fire-rated smart locks and door entry ourselves. For a Gas Safe certificate and an EICR, we help you complete them or obtain them, and that depends on the location.
